Shipping and payment terms
We send our items with Deutsche Post (DHL) and calculate:
We charge a shipping fee of 7.49 € for parcel deliveries.
Free shipping (only in Germany): for consumers. Free shipping from 50, - € purchase value for world shops and major customers. Free shipping from 200, - € purchase value (only in Germany).
This does not apply to express shipments and bulky goods (the Deutsche Post tariffs apply for this).
Shipping to other European countries:

For shipments to the EU, we charge shipping fees of € 17.00
Shipping to Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Norway
For shipments to Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Norway we charge € 26.90 up to 5 kg and € 35.00 up to 10 kg
Import duties when shipping abroad
For deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU) there are no customs duties. If necessary, however, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply when the goods are imported into countries outside the EU (e.g. for deliveries to Switzerland). As a rule, you will have to pay the respective country-specific import sales tax at your customs. All additional costs for customs clearance and other import and import charges are to be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these fees and we cannot predict their amount.

After your order, we will send you an order confirmation with our account details to the email address provided. Please transfer the invoice amount as soon as possible, as we can only deliver the goods to you after we have received your payment on our account.
By choosing the PayPal payment method, you will be forwarded to PayPal for payment.
After payment has been made, you will be taken back to our website where you can complete the order.
Invoice (in Germany)
Successful credit check required. You will receive the invoice with the goods. If the payment method "invoice" is selected, the invoice amount must be transferred to the bank account specified there within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
Shipping and transport damage
Shipping is via DHL with a tracking system to determine the delivery status. Your order will always be delivered in full. Packaging that is recognizably damaged during transport must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
We supply as long as we are not out of stock. In the event of product changes, unavailability of the goods or delayed delivery by the manufacturer, we will contact you immediately and try to offer goods of equivalent quality and price. If this is not possible, we reserve the right not to provide the service.
