This article was produced by the company of the siblings Mario Nolasco Chávez and Elizabeth Nolasco Chávez. The company of the siblings is a purely family business, in which the art of manufacturing clay-based ceramics has been passed on from generation to generation.

Ceramic products of all types, shapes and colors are produced. There are seasonal items, such as tealight holders and crib figures for Christmas, as well as traditional Peruvian figures and door signs. The production level depends on the climatic conditions. In hot weather, for example, up to 600 ceramic items can be produced in two months. In winter, however, a period of three to four months is required for the same amount.

The ceramics business in general has grown a lot in recent years and so has the competition. The experience and talent of the craftsmen determine the quality of the product through the production process. In this way, the siblings say, their products can differ from those of the competition. They hope to be able to maintain that in the future.
